At Arema, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items prior to shipment. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery under the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition Product must be in original packaging All tags, inserts, and accessories must be included Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required Items that have been opened, used, altered, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for refund.
Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include: Order number, Clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet return requirements.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
